By booking an appointment with Curly Hair Concierge, you agree to the following terms.

Appointments & Cancellations

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling to accommodate other clients.

Pricing

Prices are based on time and complexity. A consultation may be required for accurate pricing on color services. Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments.

Results

Hair results vary based on hair history, condition, and other factors. We will discuss realistic expectations during your consultation. Significant color changes may require multiple sessions.

Health & Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or scalp conditions before service. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may cause harm.
